Administration: Delete messages after storage period
To make sure that messages in all Conversations and Channels do not exist longer than your policy may specify, you can define an automatic deletion routine. For example, this will automatically delete all messages from all users in the chats that are older than 3 months. Use this to supplement your IT security strategy.
Reliably remove outdated messages
- Centrally definable deletion periods for all chats of the organization
- Messages are deleted from all conversations and channels after the retention period has expired
- Messages can be permanently deleted from the server or only locally from users’ end devices
