Private and group chats
Communicate instantly in one-on-one conversations or create group conversations with just a few clicks. Via the contact book or the chat view you have the possibility to create a conversation with a maximum of 9 additional participants – for larger conversations you can use our Channels with unlimited number of participants. Conversations are used for quick communication and can be held across organizations if needed. Only members of the conversation have insight into the content communicated there. Each conversation also has an area for files uploaded or sent there.
