"stashcat impressed us with its simple channel function, the practical file storage options and the user assignment via email instead of phone number. Another great feature for us in the office is the desktop version, where we can simply drag and drop documents into the chat."

Why the logistics industry loves stashcat

No language barrier

Especially in industries that work across national and continental borders as a matter of course, breaking down the language barrier is a massive advantage. An easy-to-use solution that is integrated into the communication tool saves you and your teams working time every day. Translate foreign-language messages into your set language with a single click.

This makes it even easier for you to communicate with customers and partners abroad, drivers and subcontractors, for example.

Always up to date thanks to GPS

A picture is worth a thousand words: the information content of location information can be enormous. Your driver has broken down on the hard shoulder and the next delivery is delayed? No problem: with just one click, the location is shared with the scheduling department, for example.

This means that any delays can be estimated directly and daily planning can be adjusted. Even if no customer likes receiving their goods later than planned: Fast and secure information distribution helps to keep annoyance to a minimum and everyone can (re-)plan better.

Direct documentation

Damage documentation can be so simple: Our customers use stashcat, for example, to document vehicle damage directly and on site and pass the information on to the relevant departments - without any time delays. This means they can be forwarded to the insurance company immediately and processed and settled as quickly as possible.

With video telephony, you can also get a precise picture of the damage and give further instructions from anywhere.

Use Case: stashcat in action
Information exchange via one-to-one chat

After arriving at the warehouse, two more parcels are to be loaded than initially planned. The driver passes the information on to the dispatcher.

Documents in file storage

The scheduling documents are adjusted in the office and resent to the driver who is already on the road. The file repository is used for updating and transmission.

Exchange with customers in the group chat

The dispatcher confirms the adjustments and the delivery window in a chat with the customer and the driver. The customer is therefore directly involved in the communication so that changes are communicated immediately.

Delivery of goods

The driver informs the customer that the delivery window can be kept despite the traffic jam. The driver documents the delivery of the goods at the customer's premises.
