Desktop- und Web-Client

  • Broadcast listsIf a user has the permission and the feature is enabled for an organization, broadcast lists with fixed recipients can be created. The user can send a broadcast message to the recipients. The recipients receive the message as part of the individual conversation with the author and they do not see which other users receive this message. This is for targeted and direct information of fixed groups of users without the possibility of discussion.
  • The manager of a channel can now set an image for his channel during creation or afterwards. The image can be changed afterwards and will appear in the chat overview.
  • "What's new?" page shows users of the web and desktop client after the update what changes are included in the new version.
  • Rework of action icons in user management (administration)
  • It is now possible to filter users by contact group membership in user management (Administration)
  • Calendar entries for channels can be edited by other channel managers
  • Notifications for channel and public appointments can be configured
